What causes cancer?
Cancer is the end result of the cells that grow uncontrollably and do not die. Normal cells in the body resulting from an orderly path of growth, division and death. Programmed cell death called apoptosis, and when this process breaks down, the cancer begins to form. Unlike regular cells, cancer cells do not experience the death of programming and instead continue growing and dividing. This leads to a mass of abnormal cells that grow out of control.
